I provide clinical mental health counseling to adults who may be experiencing anxiety, life transitions, excessive stress, depression, have a history of trauma or issues with self esteem. I am currently accepting tele-health clients. My approach is holistic, integrative and strengths-based; incorporating elements of solution-focused, mindfulness and CBT.
